Terms & Conditions — api28 Platform Rules

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the api28 website accessible at api28.pro, including all pages, features, gaming products, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is eligible to access and use api28 services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal is approved.
• "Sporting Event" means any live or scheduled athletic competition, league fixture, or tournament available for wagering on the api28 Sportsbook, including BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL fixtures, Champions League ties, and Timnas Indonesia international games.
• "Game" means any slot title, live casino product, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or bandar ceme card-game session available on the Platform.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the api28 Platform and all associated services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. api28 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited, and any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining Balance will be returned to the original deposit source after investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law as it applies to you personally.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of api28 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a member of the immediate family of such persons, in connection with any gaming product.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not currently have a self-excluded Account or an Account that has been permanently closed by api28 for policy violations.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the api28 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding Balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.

• Notify api28 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• api28 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

api28 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the api28 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals unless otherwise indicated:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the corresponding bank or e-wallet transaction is confirmed on the api28 payment gateway. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. api28 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes or less for e-wallet transactions and up to three (3) banking business days for bank transfers, depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Times are measured from the moment api28 approves the withdrawal request, not from submission.

• api28 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder are not permitted.
• api28 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of request.

Bonuses & Promotions

api28 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin allocations, and festive seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become withdrawable.
• Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the standard Wagering Requirement is 30× the sum of the deposit and bonus amounts combined.
• Only wagers placed on eligible Games and Sporting Events count toward Wagering Requirement completion. Certain high-return-to-player slot titles, live casino side bets, and togel draw entries may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely — full contribution tables are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Funds expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds are forfeited.
• api28 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any Wagering Requirement already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or collusion with other Players may have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Accounts reviewed.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Duplicate claims will be void.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All Games available on the api28 Platform are supplied by internationally licensed and certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer products, by physical game equipment operated in real time under studio supervision.

api28 does not control, modify, or influence Game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the platform's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive authoritative result. All Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed.

• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay. api28 is not liable for disconnections caused by the Player's own network or device.
• In the event of a technical failure originating on the api28 side during an active game round, affected stakes will be refunded to the Player's Balance at the earliest opportunity.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties using funds not belonging to the Account holder is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer Game software, RNG systems, or sportsbook odds algorithms will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the api28 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or the Sportsbook in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the Platform for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino, poker, or any game format where such collusion distorts outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors in the Sportsbook. Any winnings resulting from a manifestly incorrect price or technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent Account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a previously enforced self-exclusion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing api28 support staff or other Players in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the api28 Platform — including but not limited to the api28 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of api28 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement grants the Player any licence, right, or interest in any intellectual property owned by api28.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any api28 content without prior written permission from api28. Unauthorised use of api28 intellectual property may constitute a civil and criminal offence under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

api28 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

api28 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and stores player data on secured, access-controlled servers. api28 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention services strictly as necessary to deliver Platform services and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api28 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, or actions of third-party infrastructure providers.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to secure their Account credentials, or from unauthorised access to the Account where api28 has not been demonstrably at fault.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or national payment infrastructure outside api28's direct control.

Nothing in this clause excludes api28's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. api28's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Account Suspension & Termination

api28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose api28 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting api28 support. Upon voluntary closure with a positive Balance and no outstanding Wagering Requirements, the remaining Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard processing. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal dispute resolution proceedings.

api28 operates as an internationally oriented online gaming platform. Players are responsible for determining the legal status of online gaming activity within their own jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. api28 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond the target market of Indonesia.

Amendments

api28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The revised terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified in the notice.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Agreement.
